The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by this site and over phone lines. Please read carefully and print a copy for reference.

Free delivery is to mainland England and Wales. We do deliver to Scotland but you must phone prior to ordering to obtain a quote. We do not deliver to islands off the mainland UK.

Our delivery team will deliver your appliance to your address and take the appliance in your home. If you are having your appliance fitted, they will then do so.

Please be aware that although our delivery team are experienced and will do their utmost to satisfy the customer. They have the right to refuse to take the appliance on the premises if they think the customer is making unreasonable requests. The way must be clear. The delivery team will not take appliances up stairs without prior agreement. The onus is on you the customer to make certain your appliance can be safely taken onto your premises without risk of damage to the property or the appliance.

Delivery is guaranteed within 10 working days but can be as quick as 48 hours.

Smaller appliances will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Free fitting applies to washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, dryers and condenser dryers. Free fitting does not apply to gas appliances.

Free fitting applies to a one in, one out situation. All correct plumbing must be correctly installed and in good working operation before delivery. The delivery/fitting team have the right to refuse to fit any item if the customer makes unreasonable requests.

If the fitting cannot be carried out due to the customer not having the necessary requirements in place, no kind of refund or cash back will be given.

The delivery/fitting team are not required to fit handles or doors to integrated appliances.
On prior arrangement we fit electric hobs and cookers. There will be a fee of £40 charged for this service. This fee includes any cable that is needed. Again the onus is on the customer to make certain the fitter can work safely.

We will remove old appliances where necessary free of charge. We are registered waste carriers. Gas appliances must be disconnected prior to our delivery team being on site.

Fridge freezers cannot be removed due to space restrictions on our delivery vehicles. Again the onus is on the customer to make certain the delivery team can carry out the removals safely and free of obstruction. Removal of appliances must be in accordance with relative directives that are in place.

Refunds

Full refunds will only be given on appliances that are returned to us in their original condition. If we have to collect these items there will be a charge of between £40 and £80 if the appliance is over 700mm in length.
